Mabrouk, congratulations to our winners! 🏆
Since we had so many strong entries for the Daniel Abdal-Hayy Moore Ecstatic Poetry Prize, of almost 500 poems, it was so hard to select a top three that we created a standalone category of Highly Commended poems!
We had so many moments of being taken into Imaginal ecstatic worlds, and brought back into the tender, human realm of love and longing, that have made this process a true privilege. A huge thank you to all the poets who entered! ❤️
Keep an eye out for the announcement of a live online gathering to hear the winning poems read, and the chapbook of the Longlist to be published by Lote Tree Press. With much gratitude for our judges Baraka Blue and Sukina Noor. 🙏
